These calculators are provided for informational purposes only. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice. Results may include errors; always verify against authoritative sources and consult a licensed professional before relying on a deadline or amount.
Holiday data is approximated for major countries and may not reflect regional observances. Legal rule sets (TILA rescission, FCRA waiting periods, statutes of limitations, etc.) are simplified.
What the calculators are, and are not
Each tool implements a stated counting rule and shows its working. Where a rule is fixed by statute we apply it and say so on the page; where it depends on your contract, jurisdiction or payroll calendar, the tool exposes it as an input rather than guessing. A result is only as good as the inputs and the assumption behind them — in particular the holiday calendar selected, which defaults to a guess based on your browser's time zone and may not be the one that governs your deadline.
Acceptable use
You may use the calculators freely, for personal or commercial purposes, without an account or a licence fee, including for client work. You may link to any page. You may not systematically scrape the site, resell access to it, or present its output as your own professional advice to a third party.
Availability
The site is provided as-is with no uptime commitment. Calculators, holiday data and rule sets may change or be withdrawn without notice as legislation changes — a date you computed previously may not reproduce identically later. Record the result you relied on rather than assuming you can re-derive it.
Liability
Redmoon Software disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, and accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on a result — including missed deadlines, penalties or forfeited rights. Deadlines carry real consequences; verify every one that matters against the governing statute, contract or a licensed professional before you act on it. Use at your own risk.
